- Project details, website content, communications
- Payment info via Stripe
- Public information via Google, Yelp, social media
- Form submissions (names, emails, phone numbers, appointments)
3. How We Use Information
- Provide services and support
- Process payments & subscriptions
- Contact customers
- Improve services
- Legal compliance & fraud prevention
4. Storage & Retention
- Stored via Google Spreadsheets, email, hosting, domain registrars, internal notes, and future CRM systems
- Retained as needed for service, legal, billing, or security purposes
- Project files retained up to 1 year after cancellation unless requested
5. Payment Information
- Processed securely via Stripe
- We do not store full card/banking details
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers including Stripe, Netlify, domain registrars, email, forms, scheduling, and CRM tools. Each third party maintains their own privacy policies.
7. AI Tools
- Customer materials may be processed by AI for design or content
- AI-generated content may not be fully accurate
8. Form Submissions
- Sent via email; no database storage
- Customers are responsible for compliance, storage, and protection
9. Customer Rights
- Access, correction, and deletion requests may be submitted to support@swyftmint.org
- Requests generally processed within 30 days
10. Cookies & Analytics
We may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, session data, referral sources, and analytics to improve our services.
11. Do Not Track
We currently do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
12. Sale of Information
Customer information is not sold to third parties.
13. California Privacy Rights
California residents may request access, deletion, or correction of their personal information under the CCPA by contacting support@swyftmint.org.
14. International Users
Information may be stored or processed in the United States.
15. Minors
- Services are for users 18 and older only
- Information from minors will be deleted if discovered
16. Changes
Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
